Installing XPPAUT

Xppaut is available here,

http://www.math.pitt.edu/~bard/xpp/xpp.html

You may have to download the version for mac from here,

http://www.math.pitt.edu/~bard/bardware/binary/latest/

The version I chose was xpp611fosx.dmg

After getting this file, double click on it, and copy both the xpp.app and the xppaut file under /Applications

double click on the xpp.app file, will open a window.

To test if it works correctly, drag a sample ODE from the xppmac/ode folder from the dmg image downloaded onto the screen – it should open up xppaut.
